By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using the services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the services.

Payment card information is processed by authorized third-party payment providers and is generally not stored by Airrchip.

  • Generated content activity
  • API requests and feature usage

Airrchip shall take commercially reasonable measures to ensure that such disclosures are subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.


8. International Data Transfers

Personal Data may be processed, stored, transferred, or accessed in jurisdictions outside the country of residence of the data subject.

By using the Services, users expressly acknowledge and consent to such international transfers where permitted by Applicable Law.

Airrchip shall implement appropriate safeguards where required by law.

Airrchip shall retain Personal Data for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • Provide the Services

Airrchip reserves the right to verify identity prior to responding to any request.


12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Airrchip shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the processing of personal data or use of the services.


13. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
